Job Overview
L&T Technology Services (LTTS) is inviting applications for its FY26 Off-Campus Drive for Associate Engineer Trainees across multiple engineering branches. This is a great opportunity for passionate and driven graduates to begin their engineering careers with one of India’s top technology service companies.
Eligibility Criteria
- Branches: Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation & Control, Chemical Engineering
- Education: Full-time degree with minimum 60% or 6.75 CGPA in 10th, 12th, and Graduation
- Backlogs: No active backlogs at the time of application
- Age: Minimum 18 years at the time of joining
- Must pass the final year exam in the first attempt
Training Structure & Compensation
- Training Duration: 15 months total
- 3 months – Classroom Training (₹25,000/month stipend)
- 12 months – On-Job Training as Associate Engineer Trainee
- CTC: ₹4,01,000 per annum post-training
- Bond: ₹2 Lakhs for 2 years and 9 months
