About the Role
We’re seeking a Software Engineer I – ITC to join our global engineering team. In this role, you’ll design, develop, and deploy data-driven solutions that power Nike’s Paid Media and Digital Transformation initiatives. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to create scalable, cloud-based systems using cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build data pipelines for large-scale advertising and analytics systems.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver high-quality, resilient solutions.
- Develop and optimize data models, ETL processes, and APIs.
- Integrate CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and continuous improvement.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and testing to maintain high standards.
- Work within Agile/Scrum teams and contribute to documentation and technical design.
What We’re Looking For
- 0–2 years of experience in Software or Data Engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Python/Java, Spark, Hive, Databricks, EMR, SQL.
- Familiarity with AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, Kafka).
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Strong grasp of data management, CI/CD, and DevOps practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
