About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated PMO Executive to support project management operations in Hyderabad. This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates or early professionals eager to build a career in project management and business operations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Project Managers on staffing, financials, onboarding/offboarding, infrastructure, and logistics.
- Coordinate with client partners and delivery executives to maintain project pipeline hygiene and new opportunities.
- Work closely with Business Unit (BU) staffing partners to forecast and fulfill project requirements.
- Manage project creation, resource allocation, and time compliance.
- Handle data collection, correlation, and reporting through dashboards and MIS reports.
- Ensure smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders for operational activities.
- Manage space, infrastructure, and resource requisitions efficiently.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask, plan work activities, and adhere to timelines.
- Basic understanding of stakeholder management.
- Experience with Fieldglass and direct client communication is a plus.
