Role Overview:
We’re seeking a passionate Junior DevOps Engineer to join our client’s cloud platform team — a global leader in cloud contact center software. You’ll help build and maintain scalable GCP infrastructure, develop CI/CD pipelines, and support automated deployments using Argo CD and Kubernetes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and manage infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Assist in improving the reliability and scalability of cloud systems.
- Develop and maintain GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
- Work with Kubernetes, Argo CD, Helm, and automation tools.
- Monitor performance with Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK/EFK.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across India and Portugal.
- Write automation scripts (Python preferred).
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering (intern/project experience accepted).
- Hands-on knowledge of GCP, Linux, and container orchestration.
- Familiarity with CI/CD workflows and GitLab pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills and a growth mindset.
Nice to Have:
- Exposure to Helm, Argo CD, and observability tools.
- Experience with scripting in Python.
