Business Overview
Our Credit and Fraud Risk (CFR) team drives business growth by reducing fraud risk, improving data-driven decision-making, and delivering a seamless customer experience. We leverage big data, digital advancements, and modern technologies to create innovative solutions impacting millions of cardmembers and merchants worldwide.
Key Roles You Could Join:
- Product Development – Build next-gen software products and data-driven solutions using low-code to pro-code tools.
- Product Management – Own the end-to-end product lifecycle including ideation, planning, execution, and launch.
- Data Steward – Ensure data governance, quality, compliance, and security while managing enterprise data assets.
Responsibilities
- Develop robust data management and integration processes.
- Drive innovation with big data technologies, SQL, and Python.
- Build scalable data solutions to improve business productivity.
- Partner with enterprise teams to manage world-class data products.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to solve complex, unstructured problems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Quick learner, proactive, and innovative thinker.
- Programming knowledge preferred; Big Data, SQL, Python a plus.
