DXC Technology is seeking a dedicated Analyst III – Infrastructure Services to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about IT support, troubleshooting, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of customer-reported issues and respond promptly to inquiries.
- Assist customers in resolving software, hardware, and application-related problems.
- Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot system issues; escalate complex problems as needed.
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution within agreed timelines.
- Log and track inquiries using ticketing tools while maintaining detailed problem documentation.
- Evaluate, prioritize, and resolve customer problems effectively.
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum education: 10+2+3 (any stream from a regular school/college).
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and tech products.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues.
- Freshers or candidates with experience as Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, or similar roles are welcome.
- Skilled in providing clear, step-by-step technical support (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with escalation policies and experience in problem-solving.
Skills & Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (fluent English required).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with logical thought flow.
- Strong organizational skills to manage workload effectively.
- Team player with the ability to collaborate in dynamic environments.
Work Environment
- Work from Office is mandatory.
- Rotational and night shifts required.
