Role Overview
As an Associate Data Quality Specialist (Client Order Coordinator), you’ll join our Corporate and Legal Services department and play a key role in ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional customer experience. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates or freshers—especially those with backgrounds in customer service, administration, retail, or hospitality—to build a professional career in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to internal client inquiries via email or Salesforce chatter.
- Assist in EMC/EPS Projects (e.g., group splits, document uploads, annual reports, compliance filings).
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients.
- Maintain and update customer records and manage client portfolios.
- Navigate multiple databases quickly and accurately.
- Review and process legal documents with precision.
- Coordinate with teams to track project progress.
- Solve client-related documentation issues and ensure timely delivery of orders.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Any Graduate (Freshers Welcome).
- Transactional or administrative experience (preferred).
- Business-to-business customer service or legal compliance experience (a plus).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office & computer systems.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication (written & verbal).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
