We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Business Analyst to support the implementation of an Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) solution for a leading banking client. The role involves requirement gathering, process analysis, and documentation of key use cases to ensure a successful deployment of automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in collecting business requirements and documenting detailed use cases.
- Support data gathering on document volumes, formats, complexity, and process exceptions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to validate current-state processes.
- Prepare reports and analysis to justify and prioritize automation opportunities.
- Document language-specific and country-level variations in document processing.
- Work closely with the Senior Business Analyst to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Support efforts to map use cases to Pega workflows and integration points.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in automation or document processing projects.
- Strong understanding of business process documentation and data analysis techniques.
- Exposure to or familiarity with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) concepts.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience with Pega (advantage, not mandatory).
- Willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment.
