Are you looking for an opportunity to be part of the cutting-edge technology that powers Amazon’s world-class fulfillment centers? Amazon’s GO-AI Operations team is hiring for the role of Associate, ML Data Operations at our Maharashtra location.
About the Role
This role is at the heart of automation and robotics at Amazon. As an Associate, you will contribute to maintaining inventory accuracy and stow quality in fulfillment centers by supporting automation processes through video and image auditing. Your keen eye for detail and strong judgement will play a crucial role in enhancing the effectiveness of Amazon’s advanced robotics systems.
You will be responsible for watching short video clips of stowing actions performed in fulfillment centers, and then identifying and verifying product placements using specialized tools. Your accuracy and speed in analyzing these actions directly impact fulfillment center efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit hundreds of short video clips daily with precision and accuracy.
- Use human judgement combined with available tools to verify product location.
- Maintain consistent performance with a focus on quality, productivity, and correct practices.
- Follow defined work schedules, including breaks and shift rotations.
- Collaborate with remote and in-office teams, occasionally attending office when required.
- Maintain a professional home workspace (for work-from-home associates).
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking highly focused and detail-oriented individuals who thrive in operational roles.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts (including night shifts, weekends, and holidays).
- Strong attention to detail, including the ability to interpret less-sharp or blurry videos.
- Willingness to meet incremental targets in quality and productivity.
- Team player with adaptability to fast-paced performance environments.
- Comfortable switching on your camera during virtual meetings.
Work Environment
- Shift: 9-hour shifts (including breaks), rotational every 3–4 months.
- Schedule: 5 working days per week with 2 consecutive days off (not always weekends).
- Night shift allowance: Provided as per Amazon policies.
- Work setup: Either office-based or work-from-home (with readiness to attend office when required).
