Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to design and launch innovative products and services.
- Design and develop scalable, fault-tolerant, and cost-efficient distributed systems.
- Build systems for distributed storage, indexing, querying, and predictions at scale.
- Tackle broad, undefined problems with creativity and strong problem-solving skills.
- Deliver high-quality, maintainable code in an agile development environment.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of Computer Science fundamentals:
- Object-oriented design
- Data structures
- Algorithms & complexity analysis
- Problem solving
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C/C++, Python, or Perl.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous technical internship(s).
- Experience with distributed systems, multi-tier architectures, and relational databases.
- Exposure to optimization techniques such as linear and nonlinear programming.
- Ability to articulate technical challenges and craft effective solutions.
- Comfort with ambiguity and abstract problem-solving.
