Key Responsibilities
- Build opportunity landscapes to support new benefit partnership negotiations.
- Use advanced analytics to study customer behavior and competitive trends.
- Drive product value propositions with bespoke analytics and insights.
- Establish MIS systems to track benefit performance from both Amex and partner perspectives.
- Proactively identify emerging merchants and industries to align with loyalty and benefit strategy.
- Communicate analytics-driven insights to leadership and cross-functional partners.
Qualifications & Skills
✔ Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred) in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields.
✔ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset.
✔ Proficiency in SAS, SQL, Big Data techniques, and statistical tools.
✔ Knowledge of machine learning algorithms, data mining, and research methods.
✔ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
