Position Description
We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented freshers to join our ERP development team as PeopleSoft Developers. This is a great opportunity for candidates with a basic understanding of ERP systems and programming fundamentals, who are eager to learn PeopleSoft technologies and tools.
Your Future Duties & Responsibilities
As a PeopleSoft Developer at CGI, you will:
- Assist in the development, customization, and maintenance of PeopleSoft applications.
- Work on ERP modules such as HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions based on project needs.
- Support integration and data migration activities.
- Participate in requirement analysis, design discussions, and testing phases.
- Collaborate with both functional and technical teams to troubleshoot and implement enhancements.
- Document technical specifications and follow code quality standards.
Required Qualifications to Succeed in This Role
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or ECE.
- Year of Passing: 2024 or 2025.
- Academic Performance: Minimum 60% throughout academics (10th, 12th, and Graduation).
- Skills Advantage:
- Internship or academic project experience in ERP or enterprise application development.
- Exposure to Oracle technologies or other ERP systems.
- Understanding of application development, database management, and application administration.
