About the Role
As an Analyst – Master Data Management, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining vendor master records, resolving pricing issues, and supporting procurement operations with timely analysis and reporting.
This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and hands-on expertise with ERP systems such as BAAN, SAP, or Oracle.
What You’ll Do
- Manage day-to-day vendor master data activities — creation, updates, and new vendor setups
- Collaborate with suppliers and buyer groups to resolve pricing and commercial terms & conditions
- Generate reports and provide actionable insights to support procurement teams
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all vendor-related transactions
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- ERP/P2P Proficiency: BAAN (preferred), SAP, or Oracle
- Technical Skills: MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Soft Skills: Strong written & oral communication, problem-solving, adaptability
- Flexibility: Willingness to work in multiple shifts
