Responsibilities
- Professionally interact with internal stakeholders, support staff, and engineers.
- Monitor RPA automations using Automation Anywhere Control Room and UiPath Orchestrator; handle errors, exceptions, and performance issues.
- Restart or re-trigger bots when required and escalate major issues to developers.
- Update bot configuration files for scaling.
- Assist in bot scheduling, execution validation, and new client onboarding.
- Manage support tickets in Jira and ServiceNow.
- Actively review and respond to emails to address or de-escalate issues.
Ideal Candidate Skills
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
- Basic knowledge of Windows Servers.
- Experience in application/product support.
- Exposure to interacting with international clients (preferably US).
- (Good to Have):
- Familiarity with US healthcare systems & terminology.
- Experience with RPA Operations Support (UiPath, Automation Anywhere).
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical/business experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in technical support or related field.
