Position Overview
We are looking for highly motivated and passionate engineers to join our team as Associate Software Development Engineers (aSDEs). This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced developers, contribute to scalable backend systems, and get hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies such as Java, Go, Elastic Cache, Elasticsearch, Kafka, SQS, DynamoDB, and more.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop scalable backend services.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Java or Go.
- Leverage modern technologies like Elasticache, Elasticsearch, Kafka, SQS, and DynamoDB to build reliable backend solutions.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of quality.
- Engage in architecture and design discussions for new features and improvements.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend systems for performance and scalability.
What We’re Looking For
- B.Tech (2024/2025 graduates) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong programming skills in Java and/or Go.
- Familiarity with backend development concepts and databases.
- Basic understanding of data modeling principles.
- Enthusiasm to learn and work with cloud-native tools (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of version control systems (Git).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication.
- Team player mindset with a passion for innovation and technology.
