Our Technical Support Representatives play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention by resolving issues with precision, care, and efficiency. You’ll report directly to the Software Support Team Lead, working fully remote in India, supporting customers during U.S. business hours.
What You Will Own

- Handling support via phone, chat, and email with professionalism and efficiency.
- Applying strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve customer concerns.
- Managing multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- Continuously learning and growing to become a Weave product expert.
What You Will Need
Minimum 1 year of customer support experience (phone, chat, or email).
Strong background in technology with solid computer skills.
Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues related to browsers, spreadsheets, and text documents.
Excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal.
Strong critical thinking and adaptability to new tools and technology.
Availability to work 40 hours per week during U.S. shifts (8:30 PM – 6:30 AM IST, Mon–Fri).
Positive attitude, hunger to learn, and creativity in problem-solving.
