About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Learning Operations Specialist (Analyst level) to join our Deloitte US-India team. In this role, you will provide end-to-end learning administrative and backend support for Deloitte Member Firms across the globe. What You’ll Do
- Support administrative learning operations tasks, including system management and data entry.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team leads.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness in task delivery.
- Perform quality checks before submissions.
- Take ownership and accountability for assigned processes.
- Manage time effectively and prioritize work.
- Contribute to team and firm initiatives.
- Collaborate continuously to achieve common business goals.
Qualifications
- Graduate / MBA / Post-Graduate.
- 0 to 5 years of experience in Learning/Backend Operations.
Required Skills
- Strong verbal & written communication skills.
- Professional email etiquette.
- Basic MS Excel skills (sorting, filtering, removing duplicates).
- Team collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Preferred Skills
- MS PowerPoint presentation skills.
- Familiarity with virtual platforms like Zoom, MS Teams, Saba Meeting/Centra.
- Experience handling cases/tickets.
- Strong client interaction and requirement understanding.
